This festival is essentially a religious event dedicated to the Virgen de Sales, but it's the paella-a dish made of rice, saffron, meat or seafood and olive oil-that takes centrestage. The town of Suecaisjn full fiesta mode during the first fortnight of September with professions, dancing and I music, but the last day is I the most important. SEPTEMBER 14, MID-AUTUMN MOONCAKE FESTIVAL
